It's amazing to see them go from barely a white nub breaking the soil surface to these manifold shoots in less than a week. And now it looks like there are more coming up. Good thing someone else started them. Now they must try and survive the wrath of my notorious "black thumb."

Woody the Muse helping me with some flash setup and pointing out the incredible growth rate of the forced crocus bulbs I recieved for helping out at the Master Naturalists meeting last Sunday.
It's amazing to see them go from barely a white nub breaking the soil surface to these manifold shoots in less than a week. And now it looks like there are more coming up. Good thing someone else started them. Now they must try and survive the wrath of my notorious "black thumb."
